Almost, Corvus has an internal switch normal/modified tone stack. Corvus was designed for 1590b casing. Top mounted jacks might not be an option unlike Dream Fuzz.

Personally, i would not drill the holes unless they are completely blocked. I would grind or nip the tips of the potentiometer instead. I would rather break a pot leg than crack the pcb.

It will hum when you have the drive and bias pots above 12. That is normal for this circuit. Just find your setting.

That’s normal. Replace the trimpot with a regular potentiometer and mount it externally, now you have an NG3.

You will be short on the drive. At maxed setting, it will only give you half the drive. you can probably insert a 500k resistor before pin 3 or after pin 2 of the 500k pot. If you have two 500ks you can series them so you can still get the full range. Or just wait for your replacement pot.

Make sure the B1M pot is not touching the board. Slap some electrical tape on it

Yes, green louder but red sounds smoother. I can only hear the difference when amp is loud.

lining those clipping diodes outside the enclosure is quite tricky. this is my third charles probably my last for a while. My city is on lockdown. Stay safe!

Or just slap a piece of electrical tape under the pot and make sure your solders are not sharp and pointed
