After knob at max makes mine screech but stil playable. I also noticed 5089s from mouser sound spikey than 5089s from tayda. I prefer the tayda 5089s. Sounds smoother. I’ll check and post the voltages later

The tayda dpdt on-on-on has a different middle position orientation. If you are adventurous, you can modify it to work on this circuit. Open it up and flip the rectangular leads inside the switch. Be careful as the plastic case is quite brittle.

Try switch transistors. Btw where did you get your transistors?

Linear B500k

My gain knob on my Infinidrive is not working right. Gain from zero to about 20% turn(9 o’clock) it jumps to about 90%. From 9 o’clock to full no difference on the sweep. Any ideas? Is the 500k pot correct for this circuit?

Notice any difference on the Gain sweep? From 9 o’clock to max very minimal increase in gain. Pcb says 500k linear pot

Check if this touches the enclosure.

If you don’t get any sound on bypass, check the 3pdt, breakout board and their wiring to the main board. You are shorting somewhere. Try to make the bypass signal work first before moving on. Also check the jacks and check if the leads are touching when jacks are plugged. Is the led light...

Pt2399 from tayda worked well with my cataclysm. I have some cheap pt2399 from other sources that are hissy.

Hardest part of this build is keeping a steady hand drilling those 5 toggle switches holes. Lots of tones to explore on this pedal. My only complain is the Gain sweep has no sweep at all. Minimal changes from 9 o’clock to max

No problems with this build. Hard part is drilling holes. Used molex connectors for my 3pdt to main pcb and output wiring harness. Hard to choose between this and my Angry Charles
