I assume you checked the values for your components. I can't read your resistor stripes or cap values. I don't see any solder on the component side of the 4n7 cap which is fine but maybe something to check if your reflow didn't fix it.

did you adjust your trimmer? mine has some noisy spots on the trimmer but once i got it dialed in it went away.

I like to give my guitar a weekly tuning whether it needs it or not. And for a bass you pretty much can skip tuning since no one will care. Just straighten the tuning heads so you look like you tried.

I write my preferred CLR value on my LED bags. That is probably a bit too specific to LEDs to warrant putting on a diode identifier sheet though.

I solder the smd parts to the board first. Never had an issue (except for that one time where the FET was fake and then I lifted a trace trying to swap it out), but I never even considered that it may be putting a lot of heat on the lil guys.
