Clean the boards. Oil from you skin will burn on the pad. Check your solder temps vs the datasheet for your solder. You may be burning the flux before it completes it's mission. Consider a different tip. Itlf it's a larger hoof tip, you may not be reaching the pad well. Try something like a...
