    Electrovibe issues

One of the 'usual' problems with this circuit is mixing up your 4K7s and 47Ks which is fairly easy to do It's difficult to make out the multiplier bands on your resistors R55 for example you can't really see if that's yellow purple black red brown as it should be 47K or yellow purple black...

    Dielectric boost footswitch wiring

The right-hand footswitch is just an LED + ground then the other 2 if you look at the schematic, would just connect or disconnect the 47u + side, pot and 1K from the transistor emitter...

(Can) You Make My Dreams Come True! (?)

Schematics a wee bit clearer here and only 1 annoying pop up https://www.yumpu.com/ro/document/read/10433400/acoustic-260-261-262-service-manual

    TS-808

Hopefully it'll be the no continuity thing weird what you got across the pot though with 2 and 3 joined it's basically 1 and 2 being used so resistance should drop CCW or turning it down and increase turned up CW

    TS-808

I'd maybe fix your diode lack of continuity problem first
  6. Mcknib

    TS-808

Strange your earlier suspicion may be correct either the pots dodgy or a solder joint With it fully CCW you should get continuity on all 3 lugs It being or should be low ohms CW continuity only between 2 and 3 with them being connected

    TS-808

Yes no power to circuit across 1 and 3

    TS-808

So we know your VREF set ups OK Resistance in the loop should go down with the pot CCW Check resistance between lugs 1 and 3 CCW it should be a few ohms CW pot value Another wee note you've got C4 as 100n not 47 that's a high pass so will only affect that just in case it's not intentional

    TS-808

Check what VREF you get on 3 and 5 with the op amp out of socket With no power to the circuit check resistance between op amp pins 1 and 2 with the drive pot fully CCW and CW Edit * With lugs 2 and 3 being connected: CCW you should get 51K + a few ohms CW 51K + pot value Then from pin 1 to R8...

    TS-808

Haha sure is Easy done Now I'm sure I've bored everyone with this before on various forums, so yawn away, but Back in the day when we didn't have shoes and we had to wear old books tied to our feet I put not 1 but 3 incorrect values in a deep blue delay.....I did! once I realised and...

Nice and clear now, lovely R9 should be 1K I think

Your vref voltages on the op amp input and output pins are way off apart from pins 3, 4 and 8 Check what voltage you get at the junction of R16 and 17 right hand side of either one It's difficult to see the colour bands on your resistors the pics a wee bit out of focus

    LM78L05 vs L78L05 GO!

I never trust regulator pinouts I used to always test them on the breadboard before whacking them onto a pcb now I use my DCA75 Way back when I first started I got some regulators in the same package type from different suppliers with the input and outputs reversed I believe one of the...

what temp should my soldering iron be to not melt the board

370°C for me Desoldering I always add solder melt the edge and get my pump right over the joint If I'm desoldering pots or switches I use my hot air station at around 300°C As everyone says let it cool if it isn't coming out, even at these temperatures you can still lift pads if you're too...

Dark Rift Delay - Turns On, Switch Works, but delay is all garbled and pots seem to be in reverse. Looking for help. Audio included.

As @Locrian99 correctly says your PT2399 voltages are wrong possibly because your regulator is installed the wrong way around The LM7805 (yours) pins left to right are input, ground, output and the 78L05 listed in the BOM is output, ground, input The PT2399 max supply voltage is 6.5v in the...

No need to apologise just makes it easier to hopefully help Have you visually checked all your component values and orientation are correct

Post pictures both sides of the pcb so all component values and orientation can be clearly seen https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/important-supplying-pictures-when-an-issue-arises-with-a-pcb-build.7081/
