so I just built another one with the transistors in the correct way and the bulb still is not flashing. it turns on, works with bias and gain just not flashing. no univibe sound at all. 😿

I ended up just scraping the board. I already bought 2 more. It is what it is. I saved the bulb and footswitchs etc . Take it as a loss. Reminder to myself to pay attention when I'm on the devils lettuce lol

This is my 2nd electrovibe. First one went perfectly. No issues. This time no sound when engaged. Bypass sound works, LEDs light up. Click vibe and no sound. The bulb is lit but it's not pulsating...moving gain and bias brighten and dims. No pulsating tho. Can someone explain to me like I'm 5...

Found out why the LED won't work. It won't solder. If I put solder on it. It just stays at the top and won't fill the hole in. No matter what. Hard to kinda see. But it's almost like the hole in the A led..is empty completely. There's nothing for the solder to attach too Edit- Fixed the main...

Yeah I think that's best. I have some more sockets so I can swap in and out different Transistors. I think I'm addicted to fuzz builds. I just don't have the know all's about the important stuff yet lol like leakage etc.

I used a drok transistor tester. It shows pinout,VF. They are all PNP. I don't know how to tell leakage so I'll have to deep dive that article you sent..thanks

thats exactly what it was. reset them(kind of a pain) and all the noise was gone. im almost tempted to just solder them in now.
