I like the idea of a challenge of SMD building, what I didnt enjoy was looking into how if I want to build just one microXLR I'd need to buy 50 capacitors. So now I'm onboard with prepopulated SMD building.

Yeh i need to build a new compressor at some point. I think for the moment the lowtide boost being on was the issue there, and now im busy chasing noise in my skeptical buffer. always something hey.

Any solutions to this one, I have the same occurrence going on. When the pedal is engaged with all switches off, its silent, if I add harmonics or bright switch there is white noise sound coming through (harmonics far worse than bright) and none with the low switch. I cant seem to tune it out...

Naturally enough the boost switch was enabled, turned it off and I think its better. Will do some further testing.

Mines basically the same. I have a HX stomp for primarily amp modelling, a HX one in front for tuner, noisegate, looper and fill in, the rest 8-10 pedals are all pedalpcb diy pedals.

Ok, built 10 more jfets, built a jfet tester, found the 4 closest to each other and it seems to be working now. Jfet drives can suck it.
