I assume you got the reset procedure from the web too, right. I had an FM4 I got for dirt that came back to life with a reset.

Cybercow I've verified the parts and tried a couple of different 061's (from Mouser). I think I'll pull the board to check all solder joints (that and parts verification are the first two things I'd tell anyone). I'm not getting ANY changes at the test if I rotate the trim thru it's range...

I haven’t had a chance to troubleshoot mine yet but the comp isn’t working. Maybe a wrong value, but the pedal itself sounds great.

Very cool design. The Deflector is still the longest running pedal on my board. It and a Nova Delay ran thru the loop of my 6505mh for years and currently run thru the loop of my Amped 2. It looks nowhere near as cool as yours though...

Eliminate patch cables one at a time too. Invariably that’s the biggest culprit on boards customers bring in.
