I think the lerxst might be a good option. Using what little google-fu I have, looks like original Silver Jubilee cabs ran gt-75s. The 2x12 closed with greyhounds would get you to that "correct" sound. I worry about v30s, but haven't played them myself, not mixing right with Marshalls -- spiky...

Some kind of tube preamp that brings in more mids/light bass cut as you bring up the volume? And could they work opposite - wire the C10K 3-2-1 and the A250k 1-2-3? I dunno. Taking a stab at it.

Fender 1u rack has been stripped from layout idea 1 to layout 2. This looks much nicer, better organized, and I don't have to use a 90° screwdriver to remove tubes!
