    Informant Overdrive

I agree. I didn’t have huge expectations for this pedal either but have been pleasantly surprised by its versatility.

    Informant Overdrive

Thanks! I used Illustrator and the drill template to layout the design in the right place and then a Cricut to cut the design out of adhesive vinyl. Then I used transfer tape to pull the cut out design as it was laid out so that everything stayed in the right place when I transferred it to the...

    Sunflower Fuzz

That is exactly how I do mine, with a strong emphasis on Step #10!

What's your favorite PCB on this site?

The Arkaim fuzz is one of my favorites as well. Super aggressive but a lot of range.

I've been wanting to try out the Arachnid. Will add that to my order as well.

What's your favorite PCB on this site?

I just checked out a demo of the Kazoo. Defeats the purpose of trying to move away from fuzz but that thing sounds awesome! Will have to add it my next order.

What's your favorite PCB on this site?

I completely agree. I used to only build complete kits bought elsewhere because starting from scratch or buying other PCBs seemed too daunting. But with how well the PedalPCB boards are laid out and manufactured, plus the documentation and forum support, these really are the best option I've...

    Chalameau/Clari(not) LDR range?

This is definitely a fun pedal but I would recommend adding the super easy mod found in this link. https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/chalumeau.458/#post-2641. The fuzz on this can be a bit intense.

    Chalameau/Clari(not) LDR range?

I went this one, which I believe is 10-20K Light and .5M Dark. Works great for me. https://www.taydaelectronics.com/photo-conductive-cell-resistor-ldr-650nm-radial-ke-10720.html

What's your favorite PCB on this site?

Between pedals I've bought in the past and ones I've built from here, I feel like I have a mountain of OD/Distortion/Fuzz pedals. Looking to add more variety to my pedal boards. Any suggestions for other PedalPCBs I should build next? I don't play any particular style of music, kind of all over...

    No modulation in Sea Horse

Cool. Thanks for the info and that's helpful to know! By the way, I used the fuzz on/off mod for the Chalumeau that you posted on here and it worked great. Definitely like having the ability to switch it off. Thanks for posting!

    No modulation in Sea Horse

What’s going on with the resistor here? Im sure it’s legit but Im curious because I just don’t know enough about all of this stuff.

    Delegate Compressor ...

Looking at your wiring, it looks like the footswitches use the standard wiring. Does it connect directly to the LED through holes or is there anything additional that needs to be done to power it?

    M800 Overdrive

The saw blade around the LED foot switch looks great!

    Thermionic Deluxe .............

Looks great! Love the bicolor LED. What size enclosure is that?

    Chalumeau (Pheiffer/Fifer)

Thanks! I think so too. I’m being pretty generous with the number of coats of clear. Now I just need to not rush cutting the design out.

    Leprechaun/EQD Rainbow Machine problem

I've been able to save the PDF from the build docs and then import into photoshop and it comes in true to size. Then I just erase all the words and extra lines and design on layers underneath the drill template.

    LDR question

Thanks! Yeah, everything sounds great, especially with the fuzz turned off, although it sounds good with it on too. Just wanted to make sure it wouldn't sound completely different with a yellow vs red.
