    Rate LED on Woodpecker

Dunno. Did you strap the LED in parallel with R6? Can't see what you did. Good, clear pic or two would help.

Rockman X100 Rev. 10 Schematic Release

The Comp mod replaces nothing. It's the simple addition of a pot in series between R14/R169 and the Test Point. Just above R14/R169, you'll see the B250K COM pot in the 1st schematic.

What amplifiers do you like for testing how a pedal design/modification sounds?

I start by playing with my Johnson. Then, thru a MonoPrice "Stage Right" 15W 12" tube amp; an old Peavy 12" Solid Stat amp, and finally thru a Vox MV-50.

How do YOU clean your boards?

I learned in the 90's that any PCB with non-water-soluble materials in any of the components, saving DIP switches and other small electromechanical parts, can safely be cleaned with 99% isopropyl alcohol & a toothbrush then washed by hand with with soap & water, then rinsed with distilled water...

    Magnetron unity gain

Try changing the value of R3 to 4K7 (instead of 47K). If that doesn't bring it down, change the Gain pot to a 50K with R3 still at 4K7.

When comparing the datasheets between those two converters, they appear to be a direct replacement for the older IEB0105S12 version.

Unfortunately, not at this time. The Binaura takes a 4PDT stompswitch and all of the currently available relay bypass boards are for 2PDT switches.

Mu-Tron Phasor II has power but no sound

If the fuse is good, I'd start with a full recap of all the electrolytics and any tantalums (didn't see any pants in the photos). As already mentioned, they tend dry out and drift in value over time. Then I'd check the power supply to see if it's getting proper DC values. If all that checks out...

Most elegant way to sub potentiometer with internal trimpot

Those would work nicely for the "Soft" control, but the "Tone" control needs all three leg of the trimmer.

Most elegant way to sub potentiometer with internal trimpot

I'd attach one leg of the trimmer to the matching pot leg location and fly the other two with small wires/jumpers; then add a touch of hot glue or Alien Tape to stabilize. Nice is not always as important as function IMO.

Love me some Tim Tam bars. I get 'em from Amazon. I wonder if anyone has ever gooped a circuit with chocolate. (?)

    Enclosure grounding

I just use ⅜" inside tooth lock washers between the jack and the enclosure. They dig in nicely with no need to sand or scrape. They're cheap.
