Thank you. I create the color artwork layer, then duplicate it once for the white layer and once for the gloss. All four of those used both white and gloss.

Nice job! There’s no limit to what you can build now. The only advice I have is: I’ve been told the pot legs can wear out the breadboard since they are thicker that the jumper pins. So I leave my pots off board and jumper them in with female/male jumpers.

I’m confused. You say pin 6 has 15 volts with and without the IC installed. So why do you think the IC is bad? Isn’t the problem: Why does the pcb pad for pin 6 have 15 volts? The shortest path would be if R70 is shorted.

My ICs also have a dot on the case at pin 1 like @szukalski Mine came from Tayda. I’m not saying yours are bad, it could be something else. But I do see a difference. Not sure if it means anything.
