I just built one, highly recommend. Mine is biased at 650ms. I 've tinkered with it up to 810ms but it's a bit wonky that high up. If you want a smaller box madbean has the skoolie board in stock atm.

Are there any delay 's with rng modulation? I was playing around with a delay into my low tide and thought about this.

Try gently wiggling the socketed transistors one at a time, I've had issues with them not being soldered.
