According to the schematic lug 3 is ground.

On my build the bass control is acting like a cut. As in turning it up removes all of the bass. The treble control works the opposite way and boosts treble as its turned up. It absolutely rips and is loud as hell, but I’m just wondering if that’s how the tone section is supposed to work.

Or if the enclosure is deep enough for them , just mount regular pots to the component side of the pcb. Its not set-and-forget if you plan to tweak it.

The c20 caps only see 9v. They are power filtering before the charge pump. You should be fine.

You got them from a couple of the most trusted sources available for new old stock parts. I would have no trouble trusting the authenticity from them. I think the only other thing you could do is ask the vendor to show you the original packaging if they have it.

If they work, they are legit diodes. It looks like you are asking if what you have is a certain brand of them?
