Along with the excellent suggestions above (especially outlining the fonts!), I'd recommend starting simple by using a template from a printer like @amplifyfun (who does KILLER work). Also recommend setting up some Symbols based the proper size drill...

Yeah, the physical inductor has a long and a short lead. Per @Bricksnbeatles above it probably doesn't matter which direction they go in but maybe it couldn't hurt to play it safe and go with your "positive up" approach.

I noticed the lead length differences on the inductors. Assuming they have no polarity (in this context)?

I think I found the problem: I had the wrong part for the LM78L05 voltage regulator, so I suppose the voltage wasn't being, uh, regulated properly 😬

I'm sure this pertains to any kind of pedal, but I'm experiencing this with the Low Tide Modulator: When tracing the signal, I noticed that I'm only getting 1.2V at the 9V jack. (If I plug my power supply in an un-wired jack I'm getting the full 9V) Does that mean there's a short somewhere...

Like a doofus, I ordered the wrong dual-ganged pot from Tayda. 500K instead of 250K. What'll this do if I install it instead? Cut my gain output?
