You can use any voltage you like but the bigger the voltage, the larger the size of the part will be I believe. For a pedal which runs at 9v as long as it is alove 9v you are good. I personally now use all caps above 18v, usually 50V-100V, in case I want to try it at 18v instead on 9v. Which I...

I am coming back to this thread to say that I have, after a long pedal building hiatus, built the Effects Layouts Prismatic with part subs to make it an XTS version. Seems to operate like the actual XTS one I borrowed last year. I will compare it to my BOSS GE7 but I am already pretty familiar...

This might be a rather obvious suggestion but the Aion Fx Amethyst is a Boss DM2, which is pretty basic and supposedly good. I keep wanting to build it even though I have 4 delay pedals, including a carbon copy:)
