@analog_bham some other tips are make sure your glue is spread evenly on the whole face of the enclosure, and don't skimp on the squeegeeing step

My experience with the edges coming up is from cutting the film too close to the print. try leaving 2-3mm extra around your print and also not hanging off the face of the enclosure

Perhaps it's a bad solder joint elsewhere, ICs seated poorly in sockets, or something like that

This looks so killer. That color enclosure rules, your build is clean, and that dtf sticker looks great. I'm gonna have to look into that. I've always liked the park fuzz, too Edit: what's the cost for the dtf sticker?

I'm pretty oblivious to the EAE stuff, which is probably why I had no idea what this build was. I also tend to like pedals on the brighter side. Maybe I'll look up some demos 😂

Damn dude. That build is impressive and you were thorough in making sure it came out the way you wanted it. NGL the "not interested" kicks in real hard when I see "clean blend" but your execution is flawless.

That's a protection diode. You do not want to change it. It's not in the signal path. And this isn't a build report.
