    Equilux Mini Low-ish Output

I would amplify at the input, not the output, for better noise specs.

    Equilux Mini Low-ish Output

This is just the design of the circuit Mosfet buffets don't provide much gain. And passive filters are going to decrease overall signal level. Quick calculation says a gain of 0.9 for the input and 1.1 for the output.(Grain of salt with the exact numbers). Remember, Robert doesn't design it, he...

Adding a LPF to a rangemaster circuit

Wait. No. Yeah. Sorry. Been in the sun all day. Series so 10n +3.3n is ~2.4n so the 10k pot sweeps from 64.6k to 6.4khz.(At 1k on the pot). So yeah. There should be a noticeable difference in shrill frq reduction with boost pot maxed . But I'm not sure how the reactance then applies to R4...

Trying to get a very old amp OD sound..

I think a very short room or small hall style verb before drive could help. Or even better, between stacked drives. Just enough that you miss it when it's gone. The some fairly aggressive HPF and LPF after or mid drive stages. No mud but plenty of body. No sparkle but plenty of jangle. If you're...

Adding a LPF to a rangemaster circuit

Does it get brighter as you turn boost down? Boost pot an the 13.3n of C4 and the added cap form a LPF. RC with cap to geound will be a LPF CR with R to ground will be a. HPF Corner feeq =1/2(3.14)RC, regardless of orientation. I like the Caltronics App. Electrodoc is good as well.

Ground reference issue (?) running Tonebender MKII and Glory Hole with JMK Paralyzer

Are you sure a lug of the blend pot isn't contacting the enclosure? That would do it.

Definitely sounds like a hollowbody in the clip.

Trying to get a very old amp OD sound..

So, maybe a bunch of C2C pedals set on 1. 🤣 May be console distortion but it also kinda sound like a little mic distortion. Like an old crystal mic.

Trying to get a very old amp OD sound..

Small amp turned up in a big room with a couple of mics to capture everything at once running through a tube console into a tube eq with a broad mid boost into a tube tape machine preamp and later through another tube pre on the lathe.

    Overcast Fuzz

Haven't built it but I suspect you'd need to roll back the guitar vol and likely go in unbuffered. Then roll back bias to get the broken, sputter. Did you check gains on the transistors? It's a bosstone, and it's sounds like it sounds like a bosstone. Maybe check the demos for what settings were...

    Overcast Fuzz

It should work with the trimmer at or near max resistance. Likely adjust to taste from there Let's start with: what's the issue?

UberDrive (no signal with effect engaged) *now with extra updates!*

It's not about providing support. It's about the mechanical stress on the joint and plating when you are trimming the lead and fillet.

UberDrive (no signal with effect engaged) *now with extra updates!*

Why'd you circumcise your solder joints? Clip the leads, not the solder. Puts unneeded stress on the joint and can screw up the through hole trace connection. Not fun to track down. It's not like welding. /end rant

    Quicklime Girl below unity output

Always ground your input. Your guitar needs a solid ground reference. Outputs, meh. They don't really matter because the input is always grounded. This is why ground lift switches are on outputs. You only need one good one per connection. Plus, if the jack gets lose, you're gonna have issues.
