Ditch LP1 all together R4 can go. I would keep an output buffer. Need that block to keep the filter stable and set the output z. it doesn't have to be a gain stage, just a simple buffer like the first stage FYI, this is a Sallen Key filter.

Jfet is a single one junction device If you look at the symbol, and squint, it's a diode symbol with 2 cathodes(source and drain). This wasn't by mistake. Any jfet with a gate in the middle should work, or twist em.

Also, there's no reason to socket these jfets unless you think you'll toast them. When you short the gate and source, they're just diodes, essentially.
