i just finished this one about an hour ago and i'm really diggin' it. I wanted to capture the look of the original (that way i can keep track of what they are). anyway, i'm very pleased on how it turned out and it sounds great with a bass.

I just finished this one and i really dig it. i use mine with a bass so i did ONE mod to it, by replacing C1 (33nf) with a 68nf capacitor to allow more low end into the circuit. I installed sockets for R6 (3k3 resistor) but after trying it without the resistor, I'm just not going to install it...

I just finished this one. I did a couple of mods to it to make it more to my liking. First, the BA482 didoes being hard ti find, i used ECG 555A;'s (which were listed to be a suitable replacement). I also wanted a little bit more output and since i didn't have a 53K6 resistor, i used a 56K one...

nice! i have an original and wish that it had a master volume. is the volume conrol mod difficult?

i wanted to ake my Black Ash as true to the orignal as possible by using the 'mojo' parts ( i.e. PIO caps & NOS carbon resistors) in the description and i think that it came out really nice:

i found it to be a bit thin sounding but i play bass, so i modified mine for a lot more low end and i think it sounds great with a bass now.
