Ya, the 022 in either IC 1 or 3 makes all the difference.

You can buy 100 MMBF5457 from Mouser or DigiKey for around $25 and match them with a DC75 if you have one. I made a little testing jig to do just that and it worked and sounded great.

This works great for bare enclosures- I do it all the time. 👍🏼 And a $20 label maker works well also.

Ya, that’s basically what I was going to do or extend the color a bit/add a bleed especially on black where it would cover it and would disappear on the black.

Just got delivery of the enclosures - turned out pretty cool! I’m going to adjust the white underlayer just a tad for the next run.

All the ones I’ve built do the same.

Looks like the enclosures have just been drilled and painted. I finished up populating the boards and built one so that I can pre-cut the wires when I start assembly hopefully next week.

Reds, browns, and blacks are always difficult to distinguish from each other when printed poorly.
