    Dragon's Breath: "Snake Eagle Boost"

Yes the pedal is fun and helps my Les Paul neck to sound less muddy and give a Strat some beef. I did a lot of tweaking with input HPF caps. I used pin sockets in both slots. My fav config is now 15nF instead 3.3 nF, the 68nF is actually quite nice.

SOLVED Chop Shop v2 - sag knob cutting off signal and ineffective drive knob

What Erik said. No experience with this circuit, but the extreme settings on the jfet trims don‘t look right.

Which Plexi style pedal to build?

I recently build a Corroder and its still on the Auditorium platform. I lend it to a friend, who owns several Marshall amps. He checked it out and told me, he won‘t give it back. I had to say okay keep it, but i need the Auditorium back…:ROFLMAO:

    PedalPCB Southern Belle/Greer Southland 1590b

Basically its a tweaked Lightspeed with additional hardclippers. I had the chance to compare my Sheepylove Speedy Sheep version of the Lightspeed with an original Southland. While the Lightspeed has more of a neutral dirty booster or overdrive, the southland is a refined Distortion. The...

    Source for M12.7 x 1.0 hex nuts?

If it's metric it should be an M13 nut with a thickness of 1mm. It's normal to have the thread .2 or .3 mm smaller to fit.

    Source for M12.7 x 1.0 hex nuts?

I believe, there is nothing like a 12.7mm metric nut. I am quite sure its an imperial nut with a metric measurement. The 1.0 should be the wall thickness. If it was just written off the nut, its the thickness of the nut. The thread pitch on the metric system is given by the standards and don‘t...

Sheepy Love "Hot Teacher" (LPD Sixty8 with CDB mods)

I double checked it too. Most sources say GE, but this standard reference book states S. To me all vintage black glass diodes were Ge, but certainly there a lot of silicons amongst. Funny enough my stash of Valvo OA5 and OA7 diodes are not even mentioned in this book. Maybe they are fake?!?

Sheepy Love "Hot Teacher" (LPD Sixty8 with CDB mods)

@MichaelW Hate to be the partypooper, but my my to go reference https://www.worldradiohistory.com/UK/Bernards-And-Babani/Babani/108-Michaels-International-diode-equivalents-guide.pdf says CV7364 to be american made silicon like european AAZ12

    Clipping Mod for Kliche mini

Best use an additional board like this https://guitarpcb.com/product/dpdt-wiring-board/ with a on/off/on switch. Wire the LEDs to the main board, they have the highest Vf.

    Pedal for harmonica?

For a very short time i was the soundman of a band with a harmonica player. He used a tube preamp the HK Crunchmaster or HK Tubeman to go into the PA. I used a low gain tube in it, a12au7 or something. Sounded pretty good.

    Golden Falk (Colombo Plexi Breed)

I rebiased my build after giving it to a friend. I had it with 9 and 12v, but my friend has a 9v only board. He said the sound has improved after the bias.

    Mahayana IC

Always go with the sockets in the case of ICs. Nobody needs the stress desoldering an IC. The OPA2134 is maybe a bit overkill in an overdrive, but at that time the Hermida was developed they still were affordable.

    Twin Face Bias issue

Check the values of r6 and r7, if they are right take a lower r6. BTW the NPN should have a positive voltage.
