    Tayda UV Printing

So I may have found out how to avoid the .1mm. I had two of the same images one in color one in black. The black exported same measurements. Color was off by 1mm. Went down to pixel and what do you know, black was smaller than color. Adjusted color exported to pdf and no more .1mm issue. Next...

    Tayda UV Printing

You're the man! I followed your tutorials but didn't use the template because I am using a non pedalpcb board. I've used photoshop for ever and didn't know what vector even was. I did a jpeg from photoshop into inkscape. Then did the bitmap to create vector. Getting the background to be...

    Tayda UV Printing

Just wanted to throw this out there in hopes of saving someone the hassle next time around. My image resized itself when moved from inkscape to affinity. Despite the tutorial and the website instructions to insure proper size, I faled. For beginners like me, you can find the dimensions and color...

    Tayda UV Printing

Thanks finebyfine. Cooder, I had a read through of this thread and I think it helped a bit, ha! I think the swatch takes care of the "spot" color thing. I was worried that maybe there was something special you had to have for color other than that, but hopefulyl as long as it is done in CYMK and...

    Tayda UV Printing

I am ready to take the dive! I've always done photoshop, but have downloaded Affinity and Inkscape and have made considerable progress over the last couple days. A couple of questions. dmnCrawler, I saw you mentioned having problem with a white layer and mentioned "spot" color. Is this because...

That little tab that breaks off can be stuck in between the two halves of split shaft ones to prevent bending when putting a knob on.

    WTB: Carcass Fuzz PCB

Hey Ratimus - where did you get that board from? I really like that it is green for some reason, ha! I rarely buy pcbs as they dont take too long to do that way, but alas I don't have the spare time to and would rather save the hour or two and get the pcb. I've wrestled with just buying one as...

    WTB: Carcass Fuzz PCB

I never see these types of threads here so hopefully it isn't a faux pas. Anyone have one? I think it is gong to be a keeper so don't want to go the strip/perf route. I can pay cash or trade for parts/pcbs. I've got a lot of stuff...thanks!

    Does your Cobalt pop?

That did the trick! Care to explain how? I noticed both the input and output has drop down resistors. I tried 1m on the out earlier which seemed to improve a little but had only heard of 1m and higher being used and come to think of it, rarely see them on the output. Thanks for all you do man...

    Does your Cobalt pop?

I saw another member had switch pop issue with this one. Just checking to see if anyone has built one that doesn't. It gets better after a few minutes but still not great. I am measuring 150mv on the output. Popped out the opamp and jfets still have the issue. Replaced the 10uf, still no dice...
