Not comparing every datasheet for ripple and such but any of these should be able to take a standard 9v tap input and convert a dual 12 out with more than enough current...

On the ozymandias some switches go L/R, others up/down. You were so close to a beautiful execution, and F'ed up the UI. I can't stand for knobs and switches 1 inch from stomps. I don't care how cool the graphic is. But, these are pedals from a eurorack company so not too surprised.

Problem may be that you used a volym pot instead of a volume pot.🤣

You can position the.volume pot somewhere in the middle that doesn't make the noise then short legs 2 and 3 with some test leads or just solder a clipped lead across the pads. You should get full volume then, I think disclaimer, I'm not fully awake yet. If the noise goes away, it's the pot. If...
