Let me know if this works for you. Scratching the surface makes the solder adhere much more easily

about the hate towards ground pads… some metal alloys are tricky to solder, but if you scratch the surface with sand paper, clean it (it’s REALLY important to make it clean) and apply some solder flux and use a higher temperature on your soldering iron should make for an easier and a better...

Here is a Foxey Fuzz I just finished. It’s essentially a Sun Face with 220pf cap from input to ground (under the board) and a pair of Mullard GET872. Sounds really good, the transistors have almost no leakage and the hFEs are 69-90

I feel you. For the last 2 years I’ve been really unsatisfied with their services and I’ve been trying to avoid buying from them. Lots of DOA potentiometers, enclosures with flaky paintings, fake opamps, long packing times. It’s a real shame, I’ve been buying from tayda since they were an eBay...

Maybe the best live band I have ever seen. Went to 3 the Hives concerts, in Brasil and Colombia and Pelle used just Portuguese (in Brasil) and Spanish to talk to the public. The shows are so full of rock and roll energy and great songs!
