Check/reflow the solder on pin 6 of the FV-1.

You can ignore the EEPROM for now. Shorting pin 13 to ground activates the internal programs of the FV-1, bypassing the EEPROM. We haven't guaranteed that it's good without a doubt, but it's not causing the issue at the moment.

Try following one of the raw unedited VFE schematics. It looks exactly how it would look on my breadboard. 🤣
