You'd want to get it right when the PCB has labels on the silkscreen.

Just to keep you from having to pull the PCB out of the enclosure to make that measurement... Measure the voltage on the Left side of R1 (this is the input side of C1), then the Left side of R3 (this is the opamp side of C1).
