Is it possible to add a bass control to the Selmer Buzz Tone? Like would reducing the value of the first and/or cap do the job?

I didn't see anything. I've been comparing to the madbean Trash Compactor that uses a similar chip and it has the charge pump so I assume it wants 15V

Can someone tell me what the circled numbers are? Are they just intending those junctions to meet and couldn't physically draw them together?

The one I built on Vero was backwards so if this came from that schematic it may be the case
