I used the drill template from Aion and added it to illustrator for my UV print. I then used used a printed copy of the drill template and did it off school with my drill press. Seemed to work out perfectly! There is a lot of holes to drill though!!

I finally got around to finishing mine. Dan graciously did the artwork for me ans I love his original ones. And I have to say it looks amazing. It was my first time soldering SMD parts so I was worried about that and having to maybe troubleshoot! But the soldering went easier than my eyesight...

I have to admit I do love a Phaser! So jumped at the chance to build this Aion board. Although it’s a big PCB the build it pretty straightforward especially considering some of the large Aion builds! You just have to be careful with the drilling. Their drill guide works perfectly and mine...
