I figured it out. Apart from the transistors, your transformers were also wired the other way around. thank you :)

Hi there, super interested in the thread. I've been trying to make my own one, but it doesnt work. I can hear the Oscilattor bleeding etc. I noticed that in your photo the transistors are reversed. Would you please elaborate?
