Desoldering is a skill in and of itself. Iron in one hand, pump in the other. Tweezers help here too.

What you've got is a non-inverting opamp configuration (IC1.1) and an inverting opamp configuration (IC1.2). Google and here will help you with more in depth analyses and specific calculations. The non-inverting opamp is a bit more complicated so I'll give my 2 cents about it here. R3 biases...

Check the bottom right of the layout for IN/OUT directions

There are some cold joints on there. Take the time to reflow your solder and make sure it pretty much sinks in to the hole instead of sitting in a ball on top.
