It was there so poked at it again... IC2 pin 5 -> IC3 pin 15 passes continuity check. IC2 pin 6 -> IC3 pin 14 fails continuity. IC2, IC4 and R13 get first-degree-burn hot after 15s of powerup.

One benefit i have found of using Pure Data with Terrarium is that i can route guitar signal straight into my computer and preview results without uploading a binary. That saves a ton of time. Maybe you could get that to work in the C workflow, but it doesn't seem trivial... ps. that brings up...
