Promethium Distortion and Muffler 2 in 1

I forgot to on this one. I do remember I had to put leads on the Muffler pot to make it all work. Muffler was very sensitive but in the best ways once you got the touch.

Promethium Distortion and Muffler 2 in 1

This was such a fun build. This was for a customer in Pittsburgh. He wanted an Eyemaster but one that sounded good and a noisegate. I told him, lets do an HM2 with internal tone controls and a noisegate all in one box and independent footswitches. His review once received was glowing and...

    Informant/1981 DRV w/clipping mod

I just wanted to see what the hype was about with this circuit. I actually liked it more than I thought. I will probably keep this one to experiment with a little and try some different diode options and op amps.

    3 in 1 drive box

Really fun project I just got around to posting pics of I did back in the spring. Pauper into a Kliche into a Screamer Was such a fun build and come out sounding awesome

    Glue Trap

It's an assymetrical clipping mod. Removes half the diodes, places the stock diodes on a 3 way switch with 2 green LED on the other sode of the switch with assymetrical clipping in the center postion that yields a gate effect.

    Glue Trap

Hey everyone. Working on a Glue Trap that I wanted to do the JHS gated mod to. Only issue I am coming across is removing the correct diodes for the switch. I would have assumed removing D4-D6 and tapping into the positive on D4 and the negative on D6 and running a switch through that path...

    Effects in parallel.

It worked!!!! Placed the blend on top by the jacks. Sounds absolutely MASSIVE. The blend is a really nice fine tuning option. thank you everyone for all the help. Next is an SFT/M800 preamps in parallel

When are we getting an Airplane Flanger PCB?!

These have skyrocketed in value in the last year. Really wish I would have bought one when they came out and no one wanted them.

    Effects in parallel.

Perfect. That's what I was hoping for

    Effects in parallel.

Other than the bypass half does this look like this is all set for parallel? I think i got it this time compared to my total embarrassment last time 😄 Red leads would just be wired parallel from the power jack. Green = In Blue = Ground Yellow = Out Black = Switch Red = 9V

Rotten Apple making a clicking sound

Yeah it made me decide to revisit my disaster transport Jr that was giving me issues. Fixed the problem in 5 min. Placed a 100n resistor where it was supposed to be 100p and put a 200n in place of a couple 100n because my parts bin dividers suck and got complacent when building it. Now to fix...

Rotten Apple making a clicking sound

You are the winner. I just posted thi while on break at work and could troubleshoot when I got home. Your comment saved me for sure. I assumed it had to be power issue with the ticking noise going away when I disconnected the leads off the breadboard. I hadn't made that mistake in a LONG time

Rotten Apple making a clicking sound

Stomp Box Parts. Never had issues with them on anything. DigiKey, Tayda, StompBox and Pedal PCB are the only ones I buy parts from. It was my power. Connected it backwards the night before when inwas up late working on It

Sorry I don't know why I keep calling this this Rotten Apple instead of Poison Apple

Rotten Apple making a clicking sound

Had this one sitting around to build and decided while waiting for other parts to make this one. Only audible sound is a ticking or clicking noise coming through when engaged. Everything seems to be soldered well and proper orientation. I assume this has to be something related to power...

Legacy boards ordered for both to make this easier

Op-amp Big Muff JHS Pumpkin Patch Mod

Any plans to do a pumpkin patch PCB? I ABSOLUTELY WOULD BE INTERESTED IN THESE

    Effects in parallel.

Swapped resistor out. Disconnected everything including the DS1 other than leads to the footswitch and the leads off the PCB for V, ground, and signal path. It is not functioning at all. I am going to order another board when I place another order tonight. I am still going to try and figure...
