yeah nah it doesn't clean up and im not sure that it's supposed to - its basically a hybrid MkIII tonebender. so far ive not tried any MkIII-based circuits that do clean up well. and that's ok cos we have fuzz faces/Mk1.5 for that.

heck yeah. awesome fuzz. breadboarded it the other day, and yep, it's pretty bloody good tbh. when i get a minute ill capture a demo - it needs to be heard.

ay thanks 🤟🏻 happy to assist. i can't remember. and tbh, i don't think i ever measured anything, usually just dial in the trimpots by ear til it sounds right. the gutshot above can indicate my trimpot settings. unfortunately i didn't have a B2K pot. IIRC, I think i used a 50K pot with a 2.2K...

oh boy. how long did it take you to find it though? i encountered this exact problem/error last year with the troglodyte reverb build. - cut the legs too short and took out the through hole/trace with it. damn. and bloody hell did it take forever to find. easy fix at least

think about what a non-MV marshall is. they have x2 'channels' - and they can be blended together - normal channel - high treble channel the normal channel has a lot more low end compared to the high treble channel. that's what he means.
