    Resistors all look Good! You need to try it with the Input & Output Leads down each side in the Enclosure to see if that improves it. It probably needs a C1K on the Attack to be more efficient??? You may have introduce noise with the pots being seperate from the PCB on fly wires???

    We would have to see a really good shot of the PCB with a good view of all the Resistor values. This is a classic example of repetitive similar values!!! or you can check the resistors yourself. Look closely at the 4th band {Multiplier) colours on your Board, ie 47r Gold. 4K7 Brown, 47K Red...

    Median Compressor PCB - Available Now!

    I will be trying Texas Inst. LM833N which shows almost identical slew & noise specs & JRC4580's! My enclosure is completed with Footswitch & Pots waiting for the PCB which has arrived but not on my side of Australia yet!

    Cool looking Build! The magic is where you set the Internal Tone Trimmer, it has a big impact on the projection of the Pedal!!! If it doesn't sound like a Marshall, something is wrong with the way it is adjusted overall!

    I maybe wrong but I 'm sure it was listed somewhere that the Buffer was removed. Only Robert can answer as to why it was never released, maybe not enough interest??? Dan is a switching guru & the pedal involved TRS switching so maybe that was a contributing factor. I have never seen a gut shot...
