There’s something wrong with your build. This pedal has PLENTY of output in both toggle positions. It might be something as simple as a wrong resistor or cap. Before putting a boost in it, I’d recommend tracking down the root problem.

What really surprised me was the amount of flexibility this compressor has. I was expecting a full on squish machine with the dual VCA's. What I didn't expect was that it can be a pretty nuanced compressor that doesn't kill all your transients and remains dynamic to your playing. Sweet build...

Yes. I've built two Diamond Peaks, one with your Pinnacle board and the other from @szukalski. (Built report pending on both) I built modded Major OD on another board from Sheepy, but it's based on @HamishR 's schematic.

Any of the 3 hole 125b templates will work for the pots. You'll need to figure out the toggle though. I just used the PPCB auto punch template that Robert has. https://www.pedalpcb.com/product/125b-drill-template/
