Just a quick check ! If were to ditch the buffer (I had a million buffered bypass 3pdt boards) would I get shot of everything (bar the pull down resistor) upto the black line, and the Vref b could go also as its only linked to the buffer !

Hey all, recently built a flatline - super simple build !!! However, with any smudge of dirt it sounds like a helicopter i.e. it’s making this super quick pulsing sound. The more dirt, the worse it’s gets. Any thoughts ???
