Just grabbed them. What do I want to look for in them? I've built this a few times in the past with random j201s from the bin. I do have several hundred of them so I wouldn't be opposed to sorting them.
As the title says I have trim 2 and 3 set to 4v and trim one at 2k. (I used the venerable chuck bones method described in another thread).
Still sounds way off. The volume is low and it sounds unbiased. Any points I should check in particular?
Shouldn't multiple voicing of concerns help a business better support their own decisions? Tell me to shut up about it isn't helpful to anyone. And if this has indeed been a problem for a while I think it should be addressed and if bringing it up over and over helps then this won't be the last...
Fixed. I was applying the swatch from the swatches menu and it changed all layers. Selected the elements I wanted gloss and it worked as expected so I could have the Roland white on the white layer and gloss on the gloss.
Any idea what germs will work well with this?
I was cheap and didn't buy pre-sorted transistors and they were in the range from 22-70 hFE all with low leakage.
What would y'all recommend? Use what I have or buy some with higher gain?
Taken from their build doc and adjusted for the parts I use. I also spaced the led about 2mm up to account for my graphics, you may want to take that out.

I followed a few youtube tutorials which helped me a bunch. Lots of info so take notes. Part of my problem in this thread was not copying what I wanted in the gloss layer to be printed as gloss (I ended up just copying the layer and renaming it gloss).

I noticed there was nothing in the white layer you sent to me. So what does cut, paste and register mean?
I want just all black colors. I was hoping to use their chromium enclosure, but white would be totally fine to. Varnish for the gloss layer. I think the whole thing gloss.
