Hello everyone. So, replacing the 3dpt switch has solved the problem! the circuit is now working and it sounds pretty damn good too without popping noise from the switch or hiss/hum. I wired it like this: BUT, the led is still not working....damn... Any idea Of what the cause might be? thanks

First of all I just wanted to thank everyone for the support, you are helping me a lot and I'm also learning quite a bit! So, just to taking something of the equation, I just replaced the jacks with some standard 1/4" mono input jacks which I am familiar with. This way I'm sure they are wired...

Measured the continuity between each jack pin and also the 3dpt switch (from middle row to top/bottom row) but they are all good. Out of curiosity, could a faulty pot or led be cause of this? thanks

Hi Erik, the the charge pump is labeled, the pic just doesn't show it. How can I check it if it's working properly? Not gonna lie, I know what I'm doing about half the time when building kits, just following istructions... Thanks!

So these are the pinouts of the transistors: Emitter - White; Base - Black; Collector - Yellow
