Can somebody tell if 470pF at C8 is correct? I get no signal after it. Swapped another 470pF but no luck. If I short it I get pedal working but only halway working treble.. Thanks!

How it the sound?

Yes they exist but I've got 0 support for the used pedal. Nobody replied my emails. Lucky me it was a single component issue so fixing that got me a working pedal.

I've managed to get friends functional pedal and poking with a scope in both I've found out that one of the fets was shorted on mine. Replacing that fixed the problem!

Voltage doesn't drop on lower board even if both boards are connected. I get 50C degrees on LF33, It's outputting steady 3.3V so I guess it is normal operation. Otherwise no hot components.

Can somebody tell where to look for a problem?

Hi! I have this pedal with an issue of dropping voltage. Is has multiple voltages inside, 3v, 9, 27 volts. 2 boards interconnected. When I separate the boards, lower one with powersupply holds voltage ok leds on bottom board are working. When I connect upper board, voltage drops in 1-2 sec and...

I have to admit that turning over the cap and reflowing joints didn't help. Still sound is weak. I measure around 80hfe on OC71 maybe that is a culprit? Edit: There is 1uF cap instead of 1nF🤣🤣

Replacing chip didn't help in my case

Hi, I've got same issue with no gain and low output. I'tried different GE PNP from 80 to 150 hFe with no luck. Different transistor and charge pump. I have pin 1 and dot down right, continuity to R10 and R11 are fine. Other pins to ground and to pot are fine. Any clues how to make this work...

Does it have sonically any difference if 4,7uF is electrolytic or giant poly. Is this the one that is paper in oil in the original?

I really liked mixing red led with GE diodes with low fV below 400mV. Led gives a singing quality and tight lows germanium high end sizzle Liked this a lot more than original diodes. Switch is not soldered :cool:
