This one seems to have a big reputation. I can't seem to find any demo though. Not on the forum, or on the www.

    Deofol/OKKO Diablo

Ah that makes sense.I made this one last week and tested it this morning and I like it. Compliments with the chopshop through normal channel of my AC30. Both pedals have a nice top end.

    Deofol/OKKO Diablo

I don't agree, but it takes some fiddling with the f knobs. The feed knob does some low end cut ccw. I though the dynamics was the volume knob. But it makes it run in 18 full clockwise

Marble Drive (Ramble FX Marvel Drive)

Golden Falk is a bit to gainy for me. Like how it feels under the fingers though

    Mod Question Golden Falk

Then maybe it is not the pedal for me. I know how it works. I use gain 1 (treble) and a little of gain 2 (normal), and then to the normal channel of my vox. Gain 2 gives too much low end and I guess a bit to much hair on the treble site. I want more mids I guess.

    Mod Question Golden Falk

Hi, I made the Golden Falk. First compliments on the bias"islands". Those spots on the pcb makes it real easy to set those Jfets. I use the golden falk on the normal channel on my AC30, I mix a little treble channel sometimes. My question, If I want to temper the lowend of the pedal what are my...

    hotcake, a bit noisey

I use the powerplant ISO. That's a fine isolated powersupply https://www.thomann.de/nl/harley_benton_powerplant_iso_1ac_pro_modular.htm I will try separating the wires between board and switch. It is a buffered bypass btw. My guess that the pedal is functioning as it should but maybe a tl071 is...

    hotcake, a bit noisey

I left 2 open. In my understanding thats the battery lug.

    hotcake, a bit noisey

The wrong lug? The battery lug you mean? If I did I don't see how that would cause the small amount of hum it produces.

    hotcake, a bit noisey

My living room has no grounded outlet, where I tested with an Vox ac4. My pedal power supply is connected to the same outlet. I am comparing with the pedalpcb fairfield barbershop, no hum at all. Tonight i am going to rehearsal and will test on an ac30 in a grounded setting.

I consider it a clean enough build.

    hotcake, a bit noisey

Hi I finished a hotcake (Kit ordered at Musikding) last week and tried it at home, in my living room not connected to earth. My other (DIY) pedals show no isseus. The hotcake seems a bit more sensitive for a hum. It's my cleanest build so far. Is the LM742 sensitive or could it be other components.

No I Will look into that as well

    General Tso's

I used one output of the Harley Benton powerplant junior. Galvanically isolated 120mA output each. I am used to just soldering the back side. Do I have to solder both sides to avoid open eyelets or use more solder to let it reach the component side? I guess it's possible since it's double sided...

:D No the IC is in there. I took this picture before I closed and reopend the enclosure when I realized I forgot the IC. The trouble is with the IC included. Do I need to make a new picture? A better one I mean?

    General Tso's

Hi, After a succesfull Son of Ben, and Chop Shop I started a next project. Finished my General TSO's compressor but it is not functioning as aspecting. When switched on blend there is a throbbing pulse. Switched to juicymode the throbbing stops. The balance knob acts like a volume boost that is...
