Fixed!! it was indeed a faulty part but surprisingly it was the N5547 not the j201! I replaced them with J201 and it works flawlessly. A bit late but just wanted to share. Thanks!

Thanks, it might be a wrongly labeled component I guess. That does happen often. I will check and if nothing shows up I will order new transistors.
