I'd say it is, although I didn't try both to hear the difference, I just went with 50k. No negatives. Also, I gave it to my guitar player for testing and since then, it has been on his board.

I'm assuming you're talking about the Sanford and Sonny fuzz? In that case: no need for a blend. I own one of those and use it on bass. It totally slays and cuts through any kind of mix as is. Edit: the tone bypass switch on later models is very cool, don't leave that out.

This is the PedalPCB Parentheses Mini board, but two foot switches on a 125B is not my cup of tea, so I went with a BB enclosure. I used an OP07 and matched the Ge diodes (OA1182, 330mV). Sounds great! Maximum volume yields maximum results.

Maybe you might consider to open a thread in the "modifications" section to have a better chance of getting answers than asking in a build report. I'd say put in sockets and try stuff ... ;)

Alright, thanks, but just to be clear: I was not referring to the amount itself of resistors (15), that was identical IIRC, but to the actual numbering of them, as for example R3 was not in the same spot on the actual PCB and the build doc PCB.

I'm not sure just by trying to remember, I might have to dig out my notes, if I can find them. I think "my problem" was that the numbers of the components (R1, etc. / C1 etc.) on the PCB itself were not identical to the numbers of the PCB in the build doc. Is your PCB (component numbers)...

I did some basic gain sound clip for the bass dude. Details about the build, tubes used and the sound clip are here: https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/sushi-box-bass-dude.21973/ The gain of the Dude also depends on tubes used, I opted for something "in the middle".

I somehow missed this PCB on my last order - or maybe it wasn't out yet when I was ordering? Anyway, I wanted to build it, so vero it is and here we go. Filter and Input are good to have, on bass I roll back the Input and put the Filter on the (not too) dark side. Those MPSA18 are filthy...

Yeah, after putting in an out a some caps I had a few options/combinations I liked and then had the idea of the dip switches. Currently, as stated, it is stock caps with all the dip switches off, then I can add 100nF on C13, add 270pf on C4 and add 100n to C9. I also tried different tranistors...

Heres the other one, I got from @Aleph Null - the Peacock, a parallel fuzz that features a tweaked Percolator, that brings the mids and the other channel is a Fuzz Face with a Muff style mid scooped tilt EQ. Parallel fuzz is a great thing to start with and this pair is well voiced to sing...

Bring the noiz!!! Another one from Moonn, says it is a clone of the 4MS Noise Swash Mini. It's a very cool distortion and/or noise machine, that can throw in some oscillation as well. I have the oscillation on a momentary foot switch. If you're into that kind of sounds, this one is a sure...

I think I was pretty happy with the blend, at least I don't remember not being happy with it. But I haven't played it for a while, so I'll try not to forget to plug it in again to double check. It's in the Doom Room though, not at home, so that might take a few days. Also, I'm using it on bass...
