That's interesting. Is yours the one soldered into the sockets? I wonder if the sockets have a tiny bit of resistance/capacitance that makes a difference.
I have a v1.2 rev7 board. I built the terrarium on a breadboard and I got that same noise. I already reused the breadboard since I ordered a Terrarium but haven't soldered it up yet.
Also, one of the benefits of bending the leads for me is that I don't have to have the iron out to populate the board. I populate a little bit here and there and store the unsoldered board in a bag until I eventually get around to soldering it.
+1 on the color coded harbor freight SAE and Metric socket sets. I put heat shrink on the tips so I usually dont even have to use the ratchet or thumb wheel.
Mine already has those knobs built in. The 535Q is super great.
Parapedal is the one that Iommi uses. Ive always wanted to try it but never had the chance.
I've been eyeing this one for a while but haven't tried it yet. I think it's probably gonna be the closest PPCB board.
