Does footswitches with soldering lugs fit pcbs?

Does 3PDT footswitches with solder lugs also fit breakout boards (more specifically the paragon's pcb) or I should obligatorily get the pcb mount ones?

Can a paragon`s pcb be moved a tad bit higher?

I`m building a Paragon. Personally, I`d like that the knobs placement would be a tad bid higher overall. If a move the entire main pcb higher so the center point of the topmost pot is at 3.1cm from the center line, will i have room for the in/outs? I figure I`d need to connect the main pcb to...

Any experience with Tayda UV pritinting?

I have a basic experience with Adobe Illustrator. They have several warnings about using the service improperly and it left me wondering if that's just because previous users didn't followed the instructions or because the service is too limited and should be avoided. Any tips and tricks about it?

Is it viable to do a square hole in a pedal enclosure?

Thanks to you all! I will try it out on something inexpensive first and see how it goes.

Extra foot switch to the Paragon

I guess you're right. It's such a subtle change, I might be going overboard with it. Thanks for the info!

Extra foot switch to the Paragon

I want to add a footswitch to engage the distortion mode on one of the sides of the Paragon. What would be the correct foot switch to connect to replace one off the dip-switches?

Is it viable to do a square hole in a pedal enclosure?

I wanted to add a external dip switch much like the ones in the top of chase bliss pedals to my build. I only own a regular drill.

    Paragon

Oh, I'm glad I asked! It's odd that the video title said ''MA856/1S1588 diodes that Analogman uses VS the more readily available 1n914/1n4001'' not respecting the same order when saying about each configuration (former as former, latter as latter). So, you have used 1n4001 as MA856 and !n914...

    Paragon

Hey, first build here. Just confirming, to put this one in practice, 1n914 as MA856 and 1n4001 as the 1S1588?

    Tayda custom drilled encloures confusion.

I'm building a Paragon and |'m considering getting a custom-drilled powder coated enclosure from Tayda. This warning on their ''Tayda Box Tool'' left me wondering, is the values given by PedalPCB already meant for the power coated options or should I add the 0,2mm manually? Link...

Overwhelmed by the first time choosing foot switches.

They look great! How do I know the pcb pins spacing is compatible? I've seen here on the forum some pcb foot switch 3PDT pins that do not fit the paragon breakout board.

Overwhelmed by the first time choosing foot switches.

First build here. What are the correct switches options for the paragon? I'm looking for the best parts available. I liked the gold ones on Tayda but heard it wasn't the best quality option for foot switches. https://www.taydaelectronics.com/3pdt-stomp-foot-pedal-switch-gold.html

Can a 6.3mm radial cap fit a 5mm spacing with some foreplay?

I couldn't find the 100uF Electrolytic Capacitor (>25V) in 5mm on Tayda. Is it a deadly sin to use a tilted 6.3mm? Will it look sloppy? I'm putting together a Paragon.

What should I mod to feed the Paragon(KOT) 18v directly?

They describe how to remove the jump to 18v to run the circuity at 9v. If i was to feed it 18v, wouldn't it be a different approach?

What should I mod to feed the Paragon(KOT) 18v directly?

I believe the recommended parts are already supposed to handle >25v. However, I will keep it in mind anyways, thanks.

    Another Paragon

Cool, In this case, would you be kind to do a step-by-step guide towards how to do it? *explain it like i'm five* please.
