    Pedal PCB Dragon's Breath Boost

Is it any more convenient to repair that way?

    Tayda shipping times currently

Oh I hadn't seen that! It's good to know they do that. I now edited to clarify all mine were undrilled and without design printing.

    Tayda shipping times currently

To ride the bandwagon and share my most recent experience My order from 7/26 just arrived the other day. They had told me around a four week wait at the time. 18 painted enclosures varying of different sizes colors materials. (No drilling, no design) I don't think I had a single duplicate...

Build for the Mystery Meat Overdrive?

The thumbnail photo just has part numbers but when it arrives it should say the actual values on it if you decide to go ahead and buy it. Sometimes he puts up that version of the picture, sometimes the other, both normally end up in the docs once they are published though.

    Odd Tayda Issue

When I placed an order two weeks ago I got an email that said four weeks delay. We'll see how it goes this time lol

    Unicab (dsm omnicabsim)

I tried this into an audio interface back to back with an IR and it's good. Obviously each IR/cabsim is different and this isn't actually doing the same thing so you can only expect so much. IDK how well it would stand up for everybody in a proper shootout with their favorite cab, but if you are...

    Fuzz foundry deluxe build

Fun little pedal, noisy but when you get it just right, it's pretty cool. Maybe build the normal first to see if you like it before building this? Or build it anyway like I did. Mp42b ~80 and mp20a~100 Luckily I had random mp20a rated higher since I didn't have any higher 42's. I think I saw...

    Oroku (shredmaster)

Ultimately this is an old and decent pedal by todays standards. But I think it works nicely and can get some good tones. You may be surprised how well this works if you dial it in for leads with the mids up or for maybe old marshally rock/punk tones with the mids down. It gets a bit of fuzz like...

    Pathogen build (pathos/wampler triple wreck)

The thing I hate about fresnel lens's the most is when I make a mess with superglue trying to install it. At least this was the enclosure with a random little dent in it. This thing is sick though! Needs more volume and a touch more gain. I hope I didn't put a wrong resistor somewhere. Quieter...

    Glory hole build

With all I've heard about the morning glory I expected to bask in its light compared to a blue breaker, however it really is not much of an upgrade to one. I don't like blues breakers to be fair so maybe I'm not the guy to ask but I expected more of an upgrade than this.

    Scabbard build

Cool pedal with a big range of gain/feel. Can get all fuzzy. I'll have to play with it more but it's cool.

    Emu amp sim build

Honestly I probably shouldn't have built this when I can just buy the behringer version if I really wanted but it is a good sounding pedal and this way it is easy to repair and mod etc... so whatever The gain doesn't respond how I want it to and that is probably enough for me not to use it but...

    Mofeta build stock

Pretty sick pedal. There might be something to the power amp emulation and 18v charge pump idk. I plan to make some other variations with this board such as the plexfeta you can find around on the forums. Ultimately this one isn't voiced how I like but it can pull a lot of old school overdriven...

    RAT 2

I don't mean to be a downer but the ebay seller you shared sells fakes. If you Google fake rat and they all have the same serial number as that. The first giveaway otherwise was the feet for me. Surely its an exact clone circuit wise though lol. The paint job isn't quite as good either maybe...

    RAT 2

There are fake rats going around btw. I wouldn't be surprised if 46$ ones are the fakes but idk. They use the same serial number for the most part I've heard

    NAM A2 Raspberry project

There's also the pi stomp kit that I've been thinking about buying. I just didn't want to be the first one to bring up other options. https://treefallsound.com/opencart/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=64

How is this board meant to be used?

Hell yeah And oh also even though it's not as difficult as perfboard, I think it's still a nice little handmade touch with the saltine board and the potentially freestyled layout or hand drawn.

How is this board meant to be used?

My first build I tried using that.... It didn't work lol. It should've though lol but I tried strip board for the first time the other day finally and loved it.

This Week on the Breadboard: Shallow Water

As tempted as I am to build your version I am doing the original low tide to make it more straightforward all on a pcb. But I am trying to implement a few of your mods/recommended improvements without completely overhauling the board. If you or anyone else could assist me I'd appreciate it. I am...
