I solved the problem. I put a 470nf capacitor instead of a 470pf.

Im having the same problems with a Hydra and also a Unison. Effect works but very low volume when engaged.

I'm having the same issue with low volume when engaged. The pedal is working like it should ,except low volume. Did you reflow the resistor?

Here are a couple pictures. If you magnify, you can see the spot where drill bit hit. Its between the 2 middle wires.
