Unison Double Tracker volume is faint when engaged.

Just completed Pythagoras v3 Unison Double Tracker. Volume is normal when off but faint when turned on. I changed op amps and looked for any bridging. The pedal is working and effects.

I will say this ,I needed to enlarge a hole and did not take pcb board out and bit got into pcb where the 2 wires from switch (ground) and (switch) go into pcb. I think it may be bridging there or somewhere in that area. Is ther a work around or is it trash?

Boards can often be saved despite being ravaged, but without pics nobody can say if it's pooched or not.

Here are a couple pictures. If you magnify, you can see the spot where drill bit hit. Its between the 2 middle wires.
