24LC32A compatible?

I ordered PCB's for the Hydra-Delay and D3lay on Friday. I just otice after the fact that I did not order the 24LC32A EEPROM.

I'm ordering other components from Retro-Amplis and they have the 24LC32A-I/P in stock. Are these compatible?
