I have a couple of years worth of pedal building experience. Zero problems with the first 8 or 10. I decided to build 3x pedals at roughly the same time, normally not a problem. I built Spirit Box, Ginsleys acoustic pre amp, and Unicab. All 3 with varying degrees of failure, but all 3 sharing one problem: the LED is constant with a slight dimming while bypassed. I'm hoping that is the key to my failures here. spirit box sounds like fever dream and distortion intermittent and silent at end of reverb sweep (when you can make it out). Ginsley's sounds delicious when engaged, but no sound while bypassed. Unicab has no sound while bypassed and is barely perceptible when engaged. Sounds like switch problems at least.
